Food is a nutritious substance that people,plant and animals eat and drink everyday in order to maintain life and growth everyday. We need food because it give us energy and make us healthy. Healthy food such as vegetable and fruit is very healthy for you but if you eat a lot of junk food that might not be healthy. Junk food such as: pizza,fries, and chip might not be that healthy for you so you have to make the right choice in different food group. There are 5 different food group they are Vegetable, Fruit, Protein,Grain, and dairy product.
